Portable cement screw conveyor is a new type of screw conveyor. Compared with the traditional shaft screw conveyor, it has the following characteristics:

High-efficiency transportation: The helical screw conveyor adopts a new type of suspended intermediate hanging bearing frame, which increases the material transportation space and reduces logistics resistance. In addition, the small diameter, high speed, variable pitch and other designs ensure smooth, fast and uniform feeding.

Random layout: The outer shell of the multi screw conveyor adopts a U-shaped groove design for easy maintenance. The whole, whether horizontal or at a large angle, can be continuously transported. It can be directly connected and fixed with the supporting equipment without the need for a foundation, making full use of space, and is very convenient to move and disassemble.

Diversified connection: The feed and discharge ports can be connected in various forms such as flange connection, bag connection, bag boom connection, universal interface connection, etc.

Reliable sealing: The connection of the outer shell pipe of the screw pipe conveyor is equipped with an anti-seepage device, and the process hole has also been carefully improved to avoid the occurrence of blockage and machine suffocation caused by cement agglomeration in the pipe due to rainwater infiltration.

No need to add oil: Since the automatic screw conveyor adopts a novel intermediate bearing material, it can reduce friction, be wear-resistant and self-lubricating. Even if it is used for a long time, no lubricating oil needs to be added, which can avoid the side effects of grease and cement mixing on the sleeve and shaft.

Special reducer: The reducer specially made by our company is advanced and reasonably designed, with the advantages of small size, light weight, large torque, fast speed, no oil leakage, no noise, etc., and is equipped with a stop structure, which can be fully suitable for thrust conveying at large inclination angles.
