Mixing Screw Conveyor

Concrete mixing screw conveyor is a kind of equipment specially used for transporting concrete. 

It uses a spiral structure to transport concrete from the feed port to the discharge port, which is used for continuous transmission between equipment such as mixing stations, concrete mixing trucks and concrete pumps during concrete construction.

Mixing screw conveyor principle:

As the concrete is loaded into the conveyor's feed port, the spiral blades begin to rotate, propelling the concrete from the feed port to the discharge port. Due to the rotation of the spiral blades, the concrete forms a continuous spiral flow inside the pipe, gradually advancing along the length of the conveyor. During the propulsion process, the concrete is stirred and pushed by spiral blades to maintain uniformity and fluidity. Finally, the concrete is discharged from the discharge port and can be used directly for construction or further treatment.

Concrete mixing screw conveyor is widely used in all kinds of concrete construction projects, including the following main aspects:

1.Concrete mixing station: It is often used in concrete mixing station to transport fresh concrete from the mixer to the concrete discharge port or concrete transport truck for use on the construction site.
