The choice of installation site is very important. The installation site of the concrete mixer needs to be flat, and the pit mouth should be slightly higher than the ground to prevent water from flowing into the pit.
Lift the mixer with lifting equipment, install four legs, connect angle steel, diagonal braces, ladders, and install upper and lower tracks so that they are aligned and placed in the pit. When installing, care should be taken to keep the frame on a horizontal plane, and the track frame must not be twisted or misplaced.
It is necessary to distinguish the installation operations of different types of concrete mixers. Fixed mixers should be installed on a solid pedestal. If used for a long time, anchor bolts should be buried. If used for a short time, wooden sleepers should be laid under the machine and leveled and stabilized.
The installation of the machine should consider supporting projects such as power supply, water source, rainproof measures for material sites, and transportation channels.
