JS1000 Forced Mixing Host

Mixer Barrel

●The mixer barrel is the main body of JS1000 forced mixing host , supporting all parts and used for holding materials. The mixing barrel is made of steel plate to complete the Ω shape as a whole, with low volume utilization, spacious space, easier mixing, especially suitable for high-performance concrete mixing, with greater carrying capacity.

Discharging Device

●JS1000 mixer is driven by hydraulic system. Compared with the pneumatic form of transmission, it has the characteristics of compact structure, smooth movement, accurate door opening positioning, and manual door opening. The high-pressure oil generated by the oil pump system passes through the control system and the high-pressure oil pipe to the oil cylinder drive force door switch to realize the arbitrary adjustment of the door opening in place of the discharge door to achieve different discharge speeds.

Liner Device

●The liner of JS1000 concrete mixer includes arc liner and end liner. The arc liner is made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy, and its performance meets the requirements of JG/T5045.2-93 (HRC≥54, impact value≥7.0N.M/mm2), and the end liner is made of high manganese wear-resistant steel plate.

Shaft End Sealing Device

●For horizontal shaft concrete mixer, because the main shaft is immersed in sand, gravel and cement materials with strong friction during operation, if there is no effective shaft end seal, the main shaft will be worn and damaged quickly, and in severe cases, the slurry will leak, affecting the distribution of particles of various aggregate sizes.

●JS1000 mixer host adopts multiple shaft end seals, which can effectively prevent mortar from leaking outward. At the same time, the automatic lubrication system delivers lubricating grease, and the grease pressure ensures the long-term reliability of the shaft end seal.

Mixing Device

●Multiple groups of stirring arms and blades on the two stirring shafts form a mixing device to ensure that the mixture in the cylinder can be fully mixed longitudinally and transversely in a short time to achieve the purpose of full mixing.

●JS1000 twin shaft concrete mixer blades are made of high-strength impact-resistant cast iron, which can reach 3,700 cans/time during normal production. Its performance indicators meet the requirements of JG/T5045.1-93 (HRC≥58, impact value≥5.0N.M/mm2, bending strength 600N/mm2).
