Concrete Pump

Definition

A concrete pump is a mechanical device used to transport concrete. It can transport the mixed concrete to a designated location through a pipeline. It is widely used in construction, which can effectively improve the efficiency of concrete pouring and reduce labor intensity. It is especially suitable for large-volume concrete pouring, high-rise building construction and other scenes.

Classification

- According to the power source: it can be divided into electric concrete pumps and diesel concrete pumps. Electric pumps have stable power, low noise and less pollution, and are suitable for places with stable power supply; diesel pumps have the advantages of strong mobility and no power supply restrictions, and are often used in construction sites in the field or without power supply.

- According to the working principle: it can be divided into piston type, extrusion type and screw type. Piston concrete pumps are widely used, and concrete is sucked in and squeezed out by the reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder; extrusion concrete pumps use rollers to squeeze rubber tubes to transport concrete; screw concrete pumps rely on the rotation of the screw to push concrete forward.

Features

- It can realize continuous delivery of concrete and ensure the continuity and integrity of concrete pouring.
- It can accurately control the delivery volume and pouring position of concrete to improve construction accuracy.
- It can form an efficient concrete construction system when used in conjunction with other concrete transportation equipment.
