Classification by theoretical delivery volume
HBT60: The theoretical delivery volume is generally about 60 cubic meters per hour, which is suitable for general-scale construction, such as concrete pouring operations in multi-story residential buildings and small commercial buildings. The delivery capacity of the HBT60 mobile concrete pump can meet the common concrete pouring needs, and the equipment is relatively small in size, and it is flexible to move and arrange.
HBT80: The theoretical delivery volume can reach 80 cubic meters per hour, which is often used in large industrial plants, foundations and main structures of high-rise buildings and other projects with large concrete pouring volumes. Classification by theoretical delivery pressure
Low-pressure type: For example, models with a delivery pressure of about 8-10MPa are suitable for concrete pouring projects with short delivery distances and low heights, such as general ground pouring, small basement pouring, etc. Low-pressure concrete delivery with pumps have a relatively simple structure, low cost, and convenient maintenance.
Medium-pressure type: The delivery pressure is usually between 10-16MPa, which can meet the concrete delivery requirements of most high-rise buildings and general industrial buildings. This type of concrete pumping equipment has a good performance in delivery distance and height, and can adapt to the layout of different construction sites.
High-pressure type: The delivery pressure reaches more than 16MPa, and can even be as high as 20MPa or higher. It is mainly used in special projects such as super high-rise buildings and long-distance tunnels that require extremely high concrete delivery pressure. High-pressure trailer mounted concrete pumps can deliver concrete to a very high height or a long distance, but the equipment cost and operating cost are relatively high.
Other categories and models
Electric concrete pump: such as HBT60-13-90S electric pump, which uses an electric motor as a power source, has the advantages of low noise, no pollution, stable operation, etc., and is suitable for use in construction sites with high environmental requirements such as urban centers.
Diesel concrete pump: Like HBT80-16-132R diesel pump, which uses a diesel engine as a power source, has the characteristics of strong power and easy mobility. It is suitable for construction sites with insufficient power supply or frequent movement, such as field projects and construction projects in remote areas.
