Trailer mounted concrete pumps are indispensable key equipment in modern construction. Their efficient operation depends on the deep coordination of precise mechanical movement and hydraulic system.





working principle
From the working principle, the towable concrete pump uses the motor as the power source. After the motor is started, it drives the hydraulic pump to operate, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and generating high-pressure oil.
The high-pressure oil enters the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic pipeline, pushing the piston in the hydraulic cylinder to reciprocate.
This piston movement drives the piston in the concrete cylinder. When the concrete cylinder piston moves backward, the concrete is sucked into the concrete cylinder through the feed port under the action of atmospheric pressure; when the piston moves forward, the concrete is pushed to the distribution valve and then transported to the designated pouring position through the delivery pipeline.
This reciprocating pumping process of the concrete pumping equipment realizes the continuous and efficient delivery of concrete.
core structure
In terms of core structure, the concrete delivery with pump consists of multiple key systems.
The power system usually uses a diesel engine or an electric motor to provide stable and sufficient power output for the equipment.
Take the diesel engine as an example. It has strong torque and can adapt to the complex construction site environment, ensuring that the equipment can operate normally under different working conditions.
The hydraulic system is like the "blood vessels" of the equipment. It consists of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, hydraulic cylinders and various hydraulic pipelines. It is responsible for accurately transmitting the energy generated by the power system and controlling the start and stop, speed and pressure of the pumping action.
The pumping system is the part that directly contacts the concrete, including the hopper, concrete cylinder, distribution valve and conveying pipeline.
The hopper is used to store the concrete to be transported, and the distribution valve cleverly controls the flow direction of the concrete, switching alternately between the two concrete cylinders to ensure the continuity of concrete delivery.
The electrical control system is the "brain" of the concrete pump. It monitors the operating parameters of the equipment in real time through sensors, such as pumping pressure, hydraulic oil temperature, motor speed, etc. Once an abnormality occurs, the system will immediately issue an alarm and automatically take protective measures, such as shutting down or adjusting operating parameters, to ensure the safety of equipment and construction.
