JS1000 Concrete Mixer

Different types of mixers can be matched with corresponding batching machines, cement silos, control systems and other equipment to form a complete concrete mixing plant.

For example, the HZS60 concrete mixing plant consists of a JS1000 concrete mixer, a PLD1600 batching machine, several cement silos, screw conveyors and a control room.

JS1000 mixer, JS1000 concrete mixer has a feed capacity of 1600L and a discharge capacity of 1000L. Generally speaking, the mixing cycle is 60S, so the hourly output of JS1000 concrete mixer is 60000L.

According to the conversion formula 1000L=1m³, it is equivalent to 60 cubic meters/hour. It is mostly used as a mixing host in HZS50 mixing plant and HZS60 mixing plant. Because the discharge capacity is 1 cubic meter, JS1000 concrete mixer is also called 1 cubic meter mixer, and the mixing station equipped with JS1000 is called 1 cubic meter mixing station.
