This is the JS 1000 Concrete Mixer, capable of producing 60 cubic meters of concrete per hour.

It can operate continuously for over 20 hours a day, delivering more than 1,200 cubic meters daily.

No special installation required – just set it up and start working immediately.

This batch mix plant uses two types of gravel and one type of sand as materials.

The aggregates are weighed in a centralized manner and then conveyed into the JS1000 type concrete mixer.

Common Mix Ratio for C30 Concrete (by Volume):

Cement: 1

Sand: 2.0-2.5

Coarse Aggregate (Gravel): 3.0-3.5

Water: 0.45-0.55 (based on cement weight)

Reference Weight Proportions (kg/m³):

Cement: 350-400 kg

Sand: 650-750 kg

Coarse Aggregate (Gravel): 1000-1100 kg

Water: 175-220 kg

So, we can calculate that producing 60 cubic meters of concrete would require approximately 24 tons of cement.

With an 8-hour workday, the daily cement requirement would be around 200 tons.

So,we would need at least two 100-ton cement silos to meet the daily production requirements

(This is a used Silo because the shippment cost too much for a new one.)
