Working Steps

1. The proportioned aggregate is passed through a hopper or belt conveyor;

2. The materials in the cement silo are unloaded to the screw conveyor. The powder is conveyed to the powder weighing hopper through the screw conveyor, and discharged into the powder weighing machine after weighing.

3. Pump water from the water tank to the water weighing hopper, pump additives from the additive pump to the additive weighing hopper, discharge the additives to the water weighing hopper after weighing, and then discharge the mixture of water and additives to the mixing console;

4. Mix the powder, first mix it with water and additives, and then discharge the aggregates to the mixing console to mix them together.

After mixing, unload the concrete mixture to the concrete mixer truck and send them to the construction site.

The first three steps are carried out simultaneously, effectively shortening the construction period.
