Working principle of vsi impact crusher sand making machine

Vertical shaft crushers are divided into two types: sand making and shaping.

In the vertical shaft sand making crusher, the material enters from the center of the impeller, is accelerated in the impeller, and is thrown out, hitting the peripheral guard plate of the crushing chamber. After multiple impacts and frictions, the material is broken into fine particles.

In the vertical shaft type shaping crusher, the material is diverted by the material dividing plate when entering, part of it enters the impeller and is accelerated and thrown out, and part of it falls from the impeller in a waterfall-like manner and collides with the material accelerated by the impeller. This stone-to-stone crushing method is more suitable for shaping.
