 Vertical impact crusher is a new generation of sand making products.

It adopts low-speed impact crushing, reduces the wind resistance in the crushing chamber, increases the relative impact speed of the crushed materials, and thus improves the overall crushing ratio and shaping effect.

Vertical shaft impact crusher integrates crushing, grading and dust removal, realizes material powder removal and fine separation, and is widely used in the shaping of medium and fine aggregates of various hardness and abrasive index and the manufacture of artificial sand.

The vertical impact crusher consists of 7 parts, including the casing, rotor, main shaft device, cooling device, motor, drive pulley and electric control cabinet.

The vertical shaft impact sand making machine adopts the working principle of stone hitting stone and stone hitting iron.

Stone hitting stone means central feeding + surrounding falling, which has a shaping effect.

After the material falls into the feed hopper, it is divided into two strands through the dividing plate. One strand is accelerated and thrown out by the impeller to impact and crush the other material in the state of free fall around. After that, it receives two or more impacts, frictions, grinding and crushing effects in the crushing chamber by the action of force until the discharge requirements are met.

Stone hitting iron means full central feeding, and stone hitting iron has a sand making effect.

All materials enter the high-speed rotating impeller from the central feed hole. After being accelerated and thrown out by the high-speed rotating impeller, they first collide with the other part of the material that falls freely after rebounding, and then enter the eddy current crushing chamber together. After multiple impacts, frictions and grinding crushing, they are discharged through the discharge port.
