Heavy duty jaw crusher is commonly known as jaw crusher, also known as tiger mouth, which consists of two jaw plates, the moving jaw and the static jaw, forming a crushing chamber, simulating the movement of the two jaws of animals to complete the material crushing operation. The compressive strength of the material does not exceed 320Mpa.

1) Withstand strong impact: The split welded cast steel frame of the heavy duty jaw crusher has a simple structure and strong impact resistance; the heavy eccentric shaft and bearing ensure the impact resistance of the movable jaw assembly; a heavy guard plate is installed above the movable jaw to withstand the strong impact of the material.

2) High-quality material finishing: The jaw plate and side guard plate of the jaw stone crusher machine are made of high manganese steel, the toggle plate is made of gray cast iron, and the eccentric shaft is made of high-strength forged steel. After multiple precision machining, heat treatment and flaw detection, it has sufficient rigidity and strength.

3) Overload protection mechanism: When the primary jaw crusher is working, materials exceeding its crushing capacity may enter. These materials will have an adverse effect on the operation of the equipment and may even damage the equipment. At this time, the toggle plate will break by itself to protect the equipment from damage.

4) Easy to operate and maintain: The gasket-type discharge adjustment device of the jaw crusher machine has a centralized lubrication system, which is easy to operate and maintain; the jaw plate is a symmetrical structure, which can be used up and down after wear, increasing the service life and saving replacement costs.
