Storage system
Our aggregate concrete batching machine is equipped with many storage hoppers to store sand, aggregates and other raw materials.
Weighing system
Concrete weigh batcher machine is divided into three parts: aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing. Aggregates mainly include large stones, small stones, sand. Liquids are composed of a mixture of water and liquid. Powders are divided into cement, fly ash and slag. All materials are weighed at the same time and controlled by a computer.
Aggregate weighing can be divided into centralized weighing and individual weighing. Usually small concrete mixing plants use centralized weighing, and large cement plants use individual weighing. Whether it is centralized weighing or individual weighing, electronic scales and microcomputer control are used, which greatly ensures the accuracy of weighing.
Feeding system
All aggregates are fed through belt conveyors, which first lift the aggregates to the hopper and then put them into the concrete mixer. Cement from the screw conveyor to the concrete mixer.
Electronic control system
It can control the entire operation of the cement plant through electrical signals and buttons on the control panel.
