Aggregate Weighing Dosing Machine Principle
Aggregate batching machine is a machine commonly used in production and construction fields. Its main function is to mix aggregates of different types and specifications in a certain proportion to meet specific production or construction needs. There are many key components and principles in the complex process behind the aggregate batching machine.

Batching Machine System Design
The design of the batching system includes the selection of weighing method, the selection of feeding method, the selection of production line structure method, and the design of the batching control system.
1. 1 Weighing method selection
In the process of industrial batching, there are two commonly used weighing methods: feed weighing and discharge weighing.
There are two ways to implement the feed weighing method. The first method is called the zero position method, that is, at the beginning of weighing, the aggregates in the aggregate bin are fed into the aggregate weighing hopper through the feeding device, and the feeding is stopped when the weighing value reaches the set value, and then the gate is opened to unload, and then the next aggregate is weighed again from zero position; the second method is called the incremental method.That is, after the weighing hopper receives and weighs a aggregate, the hopper is not emptied, but only the internal count value of the electronic scale is reset to zero, and then another aggregate is received. Obviously, the weighing accuracy of the zeroing method is higher than that of the incremental method.
When using feeding weighing, when the feeding device stops feeding, a part of the aggregate will fall freely in the air into the weighing hopper, and these remaining aggregates are called drop. Due to the influence of the drop, the set value of the aggregate weight weighed by the incremental method should be the standard weight of the aggregate to be prepared minus the drop value.
In order to ensure the weighing speed and weighing accuracy, the feeding weighing generally adopts a two-speed feeding method, that is, fast feeding to 90% to 95% of the set value to ensure the weighing efficiency, and then the feeding method is very slow. Fast feeding to ensure weighing accuracy.
The unloading weighing method is to first load more aggregates than the formula requirements into the hopper, and then unload the aggregates in the hopper to the outside for weighing. The weight of the falling aggregate is the weight of the aggregate to be prepared. The weight reduction method can also save the hopper and directly install the sensor on the silo. The total weight loss value of the aggregate in the silo is the weight value of the aggregate to be prepared. Due to its low accuracy, this method is rarely used. The reduction method can only be used for one aggregate and one scale.
In addition, in order to take into account speed and accuracy, the deceleration method also adopts a two-speed unloading method, generally fast unloading first, and then slow unloading when it reaches 90% to 95% of the set value.
1. 2 Feeding method selection
At present, the most commonly used feeding devices for weighing and batching systems are electromagnetic vibrating feeders and screw feeders.
Electromagnetic vibrating feeder uses the resonance principle of mechanical vibration. It has no rotating parts, low power consumption, small size, light weight and low operating cost. During the feeding process, the aggregate is constantly thrown up in the trough and jumps forward along a parabolic trajectory, with little wear on the trough. The disadvantage is that the debugging after installation is relatively complicated, and improper adjustment will cause noise and poor operation.
Compared with the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, the screw feeder feeds evenly, is less affected by the outside world, has small mechanical vibration, runs smoothly, has little interference to weighing, and can avoid powder stratification caused by vibration. However, the screw feeder is equipped with a motor and a reducer, which is heavy and inefficient.
For liquid materials, valves are generally used to control the feed amount.
1.3 Production line structure
(1) Adopting a fixed single-component hopper scale structure
Each aggregate bin corresponds to a hopper scale. After weighing, the aggregates in each weighing hopper are collected by the chute and the collection belt and enter the subsequent process.
(2) Adopting a fixed multi-component hopper scale structure
Several aggregate hoppers correspond to one hopper scale. Aggregates from various weighing hoppers are piled up and weighed in the same hopper scale, collected by a belt conveyor, and enter the downstream process.
(3) Using a mobile hopper scale structure
The cumulative weighing of various aggregates is carried out by moving the aggregate trolley with a weighing hopper. Batching in this way requires the aggregate trolley to have good positioning accuracy.
(4) Using a weighing belt conveyor type multi-component scale structure
The unloading mechanism of the silo is the feeding mechanism of the multi-component scale, and various materials are piled up and weighed by the belt scale on the moving batching belt.
1.4 Batching control system design
In the industrial batching production process, it should generally be possible to achieve fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual batching, and switch between different working modes. The batching control system must have high reliability to ensure the continuous normal operation of the system, and can promptly alarm and emergency shutdown to prevent system accidents. During the production process, the host computer not only directly displays the production data on site, but also requires the processing function of historical data and the corresponding data reporting and recipe management functions.
The design of the batching control system includes hardware design and software design. The hardware design mainly includes the selection of sensors and instruments, the selection of programmable controllers, and the selection of upper industrial computers; the software design mainly includes the programming of programmable controllers and the design of monitoring software for upper computers.
