Classification Of Weigh Batcher Machines

1. Differentiate by the number of storage bins: concrete weigh batching machines are divided into 2-bin, 3-bin, 4-bin and other types. Mixing stations below 1 cubic meter are generally equipped with 2-3-bin batching machines, which can adapt to the storage of aggregates of various grades.

Mixers above 1 cubic meter are generally equipped with 3-4-bin batching machines. The storage capacity of each bin is generally 5-15 cubic meters. The upper part of the large-capacity storage bin can be made into an assembled type to adapt to transportation conditions.

In order to increase the effective volume, the lower part of the silo should be made into a drop form of two conical buckets, and the feeding adopts a pneumatically controlled bottom door opening method.

The number of bins of the aggregate concrete batching machine is determined by the user according to the raw material situation.

 

2. Differentiate by metering method: concrete batching machines are divided into two types: independent metering of sand and stone and cumulative metering.

The batching machine with independent metering method is equipped with a weighing bucket under each silo. After the batching is completed, the pneumatic bottom door is opened and the materials are dropped to the horizontal belt conveyor below for output.

The batching machine with cumulative metering method is equipped with a baffle and a belt on the horizontal belt conveyor to form a metering trough. The aggregate falls into the metering trough and completes the cumulative metering together with the belt conveyor.

Both metering methods use electronic weighing, and the dynamic metering accuracy can meet the requirements of standard specifications.

Compared with the two, the structural height of the batching machine with independent metering method is increased, and the ramp for loader loading should be lengthened accordingly. Under the same loader loading height condition, the height of the silo structure and the corresponding storage capacity of the batching machine with cumulative metering method can be increased.

Generally, it is recommended to equip the host with independent metering method above 1.5m3, otherwise the damage to the discharge belt is greater. The horizontal belt conveyor of the aggregate weighing dosing machine with cumulative metering method is heavy-loaded starting work, so the motor power of the drive device needs to be increased. At the same time, the structural type of the metering trough should reduce the cross-sectional size of the lower flowing aggregate and the pressure of the upper aggregate during operation to reduce the working energy consumption.
