Water Stable Station

The stabilized soil mixing station consists of a mixing system, a control system, a batching system, a conveying system, a storage system, a cement tank and other parts.

The stabilized soil cement mixing plant is a loading device that puts pre-selected cement, crushed sand and gravel, soil and other materials into the aggregate bin of the batching machine through a loader and other feeding equipment. The electronic belt scale measures the aggregate, and the aggregate is sent to the aggregate conveyor below after weighing. The powder distribution system conveys the powder through a spiral path, and various materials are sent to the mixer together for uniform mixing. The moisture content of each material is measured before mixing, and the water nozzle is placed at the material inlet of the mixer. The water distribution system can add an appropriate amount of water according to the dynamic change of the moisture content, so that the moisture content of the stabilized mixture after mixing meets the construction requirements of the specification. The cement stabilized soil finished product silo stores the mixed finished mixture. The bottom of the silo is equipped with an opening hopper, which is controlled by a solenoid valve. When the dump truck reaches the bottom of the predetermined unloading port, the solenoid valve is controlled to open the hopper and start unloading.
