Containerized Cement Silo

During injection, bulk cement is injected into the container body through the material injection port.

During unloading, a wind pump is used to blow pressurized air into the lower part of the fluidized bed through the air intake pipeline, so that the cement on the fluidized bed forms a fluidized state, and the fluidized cement is transported out through the discharge collection port and the discharge pipeline.

The horizontal portable cement silo stacks containers of the same specifications and changes the feeding method to vacuum feeding, realizing the expansion and modular combination of containers. The powder inlet pipe is installed inside the silo body to make the silo body shape consistent with the container. Since the specifications of each container are the same, it still meets the sea, land and air transport standards and does not affect secondary transportation and use. The air compressor is connected to the air pipe, combined with the built-in fluidized bed, so that the cement powder in the box is not easy to clump. The air compressor installed on the box body bracket blows gas into the fluidized bed, so that the hardened or agglomerated cement powder falls evenly to the bottom of the tank under the fluidized bed, meeting the demand for arch-breaking gas, and can be moved directly with the container.

The tank container type cement silo has the advantages of accelerating vehicle turnover, improving transportation efficiency, fast unloading speed, small amount of residual, and can be placed directly at the site of use. It can be transported by any transportable container tool, without the need for special transportation tools, and can realize road, rail and water transport.
