The Difference Between Concrete Mixing Station And Stabilized Soil Mixing Station

Many friends who have just come into contact with concrete mixing stations cannot distinguish between stabilized soil mixing stations and mixing stations. Today I will tell you the difference between the two, hoping to help you understand the mixing equipment industry.

1. The stabilized soil mixing station works continuously. One end of the mixer feeds and the other end discharges. All measurements are dynamic measurements; the mixing station is an intermittent work, and the mixer mixes one tank and material at a time. The mixing station is static metering. After each raw material is weighed in the metering hopper, it is placed in the mixer and the mixer is stirred according to the set mixing time. After the mixing is completed, the discharge door opens and the material is discharged into the receiving equipment.
2. The measurement of the stabilized soil mixing station is a dynamic measurement, which relies on sensors to adjust the speed, while the frequency converter adjusts the speed and controls the flow.
3. The finished materials of the stabilized soil mixing station are mainly used for pavement foundations; the finished materials of the mixing station can be used for roads, construction, water conservancy, bridges, docks and other engineering needs.
