Solutions To The Feeding Problems Of Concrete Mixing Plants

There are two ways to feed concrete mixing plants, belt conveyor feeding or hopper feeding. The former is mostly used in large plants, while the latter is mostly used in small and medium-sized plants, and the feeding is carried out by the hopper of the mixer. The structure of the JS forced concrete mixer consists of feeding, mixing, water supply, electricity, unloading, chassis, cover, legs and other parts. During operation, the electromagnetic brake motor drives the drum to rotate through the reducer, and the wire rope pulls the hopper through the pulley to climb up along the feeding rack track. When it climbs to a certain height, a pair of rollers on the hopper door at the bottom of the hopper enter the horizontal fork of the feeding rack, and the hopper door automatically opens, and the material is put into the mixing tank through the feed port on the cover.

Problems and solutions for feeding concrete mixing plants:
1. The feeding operation is not stable. Reason: The feeding track is warped and uneven, and the hopper roller has poor contact; Solution: Check and adjust the two tracks to make the tracks straight and the track surface parallel.
2. When feeding upward, it exceeds the top dead center and damages the traction mechanism. Cause: (1) Automatic limit device fails (2) Automatic limit baffle is deformed and does not work; Solution: (1) Repair or replace the limit device (2) Adjust the limit baffle.
3. The hopper is stuck when loading. Cause: (1) The guide rail is not installed flat (2) There is a foreign object in the hopper discharge door; Solution: (1) Re-level (2) Remove the foreign object.
4. The hopper does not discharge material when loading. Cause: (1) The wire rope is stretched (2) The wire rope clip is loose; Solution: (1) Adjust the rope buckle to make it tight (2) Tighten the wire rope clip.
