The equipment completed full assembly, calibration, and final quality inspections at our production base before being shipped overseas. Featuring a high-precision weighing system, a heavy-duty twin-shaft mixer, and an advanced automatic control solution, the HZS180 plant is designed to support large-scale concrete production for upcoming infrastructure projects in the region.
The equipment was transported in multiple containers, with our logistics and engineering teams ensuring safe packing, secure loading, and smooth international delivery. On-Site Installation
Upon arrival at the Dammam project site, installation work immediately began under the guidance of Xingye Machinery's professional engineers. The main structure, aggregate batching system, cement silos, screw conveyors, and electrical control cabinet are being assembled step by step in accordance with international installation standards.
Despite the demanding local climate and tight schedule, the installation is progressing efficiently. The full setup is expected to be completed within 10 days, after which the plant will enter the commissioning and trial production phase. Our technical engineers will remain on-site throughout the entire process to ensure the equipment achieves optimal performance and stable operation.
