PLD1600 concrete batching machine adopts sand and gravel batching device loaded by loader or belt conveyor, which can batch more than three kinds of materials. It can be used with various types of concrete mixers and other metering devices to combine into fully automatic and semi-automatic concrete batching plants. This machine can effectively ensure the accuracy of cement, sand, gravel and other mix ratios, and the use of electronic weighing system further improves the accuracy of weighing.
Silo Hopper
The number of hoppers in the weigh batcher machine is determined according to the type of stone and sand. Storage silos are generally divided into 2, 3, and 4 silos, which can store 3-6 kinds of materials.
Weighing Hopper
1. Mainly used for aggregate weighting. High-precision sensor to ensure that the error is no more than 2%.
2. There is a belt conveyor at the bottom, which is durable, accurate and continuous.
3. The weighing system uses a weighing controller and sensor to quantify, mix and control the material, and automatically modify the drop amount.
Unloading Belt
1. The connection is compact, reducing failures and ensuring construction safety.
2. Durable, not easy to break, and accurate aggregate conveying.
Discharge Hole
1. Equipped with 1 or 2 discharge holes, the discharge is convenient and fast.
2. The cylinder controls the discharge door switch according to the instructions of the control center.
PLD series batching machines are generally divided into two-bucket, three-bucket and four-bucket according to the number of materials. According to the matching models, they are PLD800, 1200, 1600, 2400, 3200 and 4800.

First, the material I belt conveyor starts working and transports material I to the weighing hopper. When the weight of material I in the weighing hopper reaches its set value, the material I belt conveyor stops automatically;
Then the material II belt conveyor automatically starts. When the weight of the material in the weighing hopper reaches the sum of the set values of material I and material II, the material I belt conveyor stops and the material III belt conveyor starts working.
After the four materials are matched, the machine is in a state of waiting for discharge. At this time, press the discharge button, the discharge belt conveyor starts working, and the prepared concrete dry material is unloaded into the mixer hopper.
After the discharge is completed, the discharge belt conveyor stops automatically and automatically starts the second cycle of batching. After the second cycle of batching ends, it waits for discharge again, and so on.
