Product Configuration

1. Mixing System
· Type: Double-horizontal shaft forced mixing host
· Adopt cylinder unloading, which is convenient and fast.
· The mixing blades and linings are made of wear-resistant materials, which are durable and easy to disassemble and replace.
· The mixer is reasonably designed, with short mixing time, low consumption, low noise, and long life of wearing parts.
2. Electrical Control System
· The electrical control system consists of a computer host, a display, a printer, a communication cable, etc.
· The batching system is centrally controlled by a microcomputer. The operation data of the mixing station can be saved for more than 10 years, which is convenient for setting and management.
· The formula can be expressed in numbers, which is convenient for users to identify, and the number of formulas can reach dozens.
· In the case of disconnecting from automatic control, the manual operating system can still complete the control of the mixing station, such as batching, mixing, unloading and other tasks.
· The strong current part of this system is self-contained and completely separated from the weak current part, which improves the anti-interference ability of the weak current and greatly simplifies the strong current part, with advanced performance, high reliability and more convenient maintenance.
3. Aggregate Lifting System
· The aggregate lifting system adopts a lifting bucket.
4. Aggregate Storage System
· Four aggregate storage hoppers can temporarily store aggregates, saving batching time and improving productivity.
5. Aggregate Weighing System
· The aggregate weighing system consists of: aggregate silo, rack, weighing hopper, aggregate conveyor, sensor, etc.
System description:
· The aggregate bin adopts a lifting hopper for loading.
· An arc gate feeder is set under the aggregate silo, and the arc gate is opened and closed by a cylinder. Combined with microcomputer centralized control, accurate batching can be achieved.
· A horizontal belt conveyor is set under the weighing hopper, and four sensors are hung on it, together with the belt conveyor, weighing hopper, and various aggregates for cumulative weighing. After the aggregate is batched, it is sent to the lifting hopper by the flat belt conveyor. The lifting hopper is lifted to the discharge port by the lifting motor wire rope, and then the aggregate is unloaded into the mixer.
6. Cement Weighing System
· The cement weighing system consists of a cement weighing hopper, a pneumatic butterfly valve, a sensor, etc.
· The cement weighing adopts a fully sealed device, and the weighing hopper is weighed by 3 sensors.
· The weighing hopper material door adopts a pneumatic butterfly valve, which is flexible to open and tightly sealed.
7. Fly Ash Weighing System
· The fly ash weighing system consists of a fly ash weighing hopper, a pneumatic butterfly valve, a sensor, etc.
· The fly ash weighing adopts a fully sealed device, and the weighing hopper is weighed by 3 sensors.
· The weighing hopper material door adopts pneumatic butterfly valve, which is flexible to open and tightly sealed.
8. Water Weighing System
· The water weighing system consists of: user-built water pool, water pump, water weighing hopper, pneumatic butterfly valve, etc.
· Under the control of the control system, the water pump transports the water in the pool to the water weighing hopper through a submersible pump. When the sensor weighs to the preset value, the pump stops. When unloading, the unloading pump is turned on to make the water flow into the mixer. The water pump is used to supply water to speed up the water flow rate and spray evenly.
9. Liquid Admixture Weighing System
· The liquid admixture weighing system consists of: admixture storage tank, admixture scale, water pump, sensor, etc.
· Under the control of the control system, the admixture pump pumps out the admixture in the admixture tank. When the sensor measures to the preset value, the butterfly valve is closed.
· When unloading, the pneumatic butterfly valve is opened to make the admixture flow to the water weighing hopper and flow into the mixer together with the water. At the same time, the water pump continues to work and circulates the additive through another butterfly valve to stir the additive to prevent the additive from settling. The additive pump is controlled by a microcomputer.
10. Air System
· The pneumatic system consists of an air compressor, a cylinder, a solenoid valve, and air circuit components. The compressed air in the air compressor passes through the air source treatment unit, and then enters each branch after purification, decompression, and refueling. The pressure in the air circuit should be maintained within the range of 0.7-0.9Mpa in normal working conditions.
11. Screw Conveyor
· The cement conveying adopts a fully sealed device, and the discharge port and the metering hopper are softly connected without affecting the metering accuracy.
· The material receiving port is a universal ball joint, which can adjust the angle deviation and has good sealing.
· The gap between the spiral blade and the cylinder is small, and the transmission efficiency is high.
13. Cement Silo
· Quantity: equipped according to customer needs
System description:
· An anti-overflow device is provided on the top of the cement silo, and cement is blown in from it, which reduces the load pressure of the cement silo and prevents dust from polluting the air. The arch breaking device is placed in the cone, combined with the gas system and control system, and can automatically break the cement arch in real time, or manually break the arch.
14. Control Room
· Colored sandwich panels are used, which have heat preservation and insulation functions. Equipped with heating and cooling air conditioners.
· The control room is spacious and bright, with a wide field of vision
· The control console is designed based on ergonomic principles and is comfortable to operate.
