Mixing System

◆YHZS60 mini concrete mixing plant adopts JS1000 twin shaft concrete mixer, which has good mixing homogeneity and stable and reliable operation.

◆YHZS60 usually equipped with a forced mixing host, the mixing blades rotate at high speed, generating strong shear force and mixing force, which can evenly mix cement, sand, gravel, water and admixtures in a short time, ensuring the stability of concrete mixing quality and meeting different construction requirements.

Material Conveying System

◆Aggregate conveying uses a small belt conveyor, which is efficient and stable, and the conveying speed can be adjusted according to actual production needs; powder conveying relies on a screw conveyor, which has good sealing, can prevent powder leakage, and ensure accurate material conveying; liquid conveying is achieved through a high-precision water pump to ensure that water and admixtures are quantitatively delivered to the mixing host.

Material Storage System

◆equipped with a small aggregate silo, which can store various specifications of sand and gravel in a classified manner; the cement silo is used to store cement and other powder materials, and the silo is equipped with a material level monitoring device to provide real-time feedback on material reserves; the admixture tank is specially used to store various admixtures to ensure their accurate addition during the production process.

◆The batching and operation process of aggregates is: aggregate storage hopper → weighing bucket → mixer lifting bucket → mixer host.

Weighing System

◆Use high-precision electronic scales to accurately weigh and measure aggregates and powders, and strictly control the amount of water and admixtures through flow meters to ensure that each material enters the mixing host according to the precise mix ratio, ensuring the quality of concrete from the source.

Control System

◆Equipped with advanced intelligent electrical control cabinets, operators can easily set production parameters and monitor the operating status of each system through the control panel to achieve automated production operations, reduce labor intensity, and improve production efficiency and stability.

Super mobility: The bottom of the mixing station is equipped with special tires, which can be easily towed and moved by a tractor and can be quickly transferred between different construction sites. Whether it is road construction in remote mountainous areas or small construction projects scattered in cities, it can quickly arrive at the site to carry out operations.
2 . Quick and easy installation: Adopting the modular design concept, each component has been pre-assembled and debugged before leaving the factory. After arriving at the construction site, simple splicing and connection of water and electricity lines are needed. All installation work can be completed in a short time, and it can be put into production, greatly shortening the preparatory time of the project.
3 . Small space occupation: The overall structure is compact, and the layout is reasonable.
