According to the requirements of the batching controller manual, enter the formula into the batching controller (unused materials must be set to 0). After pressing the batching button, the batching machine begins to enter the automatic batching program. Its working process is: first, the material I belt conveyor starts working and transports material I to the weighing hopper. When the weight of material I in the weighing hopper reaches its set value, the material I belt conveyor automatically stops; then the material II belt conveyor automatically starts. When the weight of the material in the weighing hopper reaches the sum of the set values of material I and material II, the material II belt conveyor stops and the material III belt conveyor starts working... ..., after the four materials are fully matched, the machine is in a waiting state. At this time, press the discharge button, the discharge belt conveyor starts working, and unloads the prepared concrete dry material into the mixer hopper. After the discharge is completed, the discharge belt conveyor automatically stops and automatically starts the second cycle batching. After the second cycle batching is completed, it waits for discharge again, and so on.
