During the operation of concrete mixing plants, there may be a variety of faults, which may involve electrical systems, mechanical components, feeding systems, etc. The following are some common concrete mixing plant faults:
◆ The motor of the mixing main machine cannot start: This may be caused by a lack of phase or abnormal voltage of the power grid, poor contact of the circuit breaker contact point causing a lack of phase, or a motor failure. When this problem occurs, the machine should be shut down immediately and the power supply should be disconnected for inspection.
◆ Frequent start-up of the air compressor: The air compressor provides air pressure for the mixing station, which is used for each bin door, hopper door and weighing door. Frequent start-up of the air compressor will greatly reduce its service life. This is usually related to the setting of the pressure relay, and the pressure difference value may need to be adjusted or the pressure relay may need to be replaced.

◆ The discharge door of the mixing main machine cannot be opened/closed: The discharge door is controlled by a hydraulic rod. If the discharge door cannot be opened or closed, it may be due to problems in the hydraulic system, such as the muffler is too dirty, causing the cylinder to move slowly, or the air path is not smooth.
◆ The mixing shaft is "stifled": When mixing mortar, the mixing shaft is difficult to rotate or stops. This may be caused by serious material overload, human misoperation, inaccurate weighing, large gap between the mixing blade or side blade and the inner wall of the tank, low voltage or wrong mixing parameter setting.
◆ No material is discharged from the discharge port: The powder material has no solidification phenomenon, but the material is not discharged from the discharge port. It may involve problems such as motor reversal, air switch damage or poor contact of motor wiring.
In addition, the concrete mixing plant may also encounter various other faults, such as sensor failure, conveyor belt problems, mixing blade wear, etc. In order to ensure the normal operation of the mixing plant, regular maintenance and inspection are required, and timely maintenance measures should be taken in case of failure. At the same time, the operator should be familiar with the operation and maintenance procedures of the equipment so that they can respond quickly when problems arise.
