The frequency of daily inspections of a concrete mixing station is essential to ensure the normal operation and safe production of the equipment. Generally speaking, daily inspections should be carried out every day to ensure that all equipment is in good working condition. These daily inspections include but are not limited to the following aspects:

◆ Lubrication condition: Check the working condition of the lubrication points of each rotating part every day, and replenish lubricating oil in time to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.
◆ Mixer status: Check the amount of lubricating oil in the mixer lubricating oil cup every day to ensure that it is sufficient; at the same time, check whether the mixing shaft and the whole are clean. If there is too much concrete condensed on the mixing shaft, it must be manually cleaned.
◆ Gas system: Check the oil level of the oil mist collector on the gas system once a week to ensure that lubricating oil with appropriate viscosity is used.
◆ Drainage condition: Open the drain valve before and after starting up the machine every day to drain the condensed water in the air compressor and the air tank to prevent moisture from damaging the equipment.
◆ Fastener inspection: Fasteners (such as bolts and nuts) should be checked weekly for looseness. If looseness is found, they must be tightened in time to ensure the stability of the equipment structure.
◆ Water supply, air supply and admixture system: Check whether the equipment of these systems is normal every day to ensure the smooth production process.
◆ Electrical control system: Check whether the electrical control system and each instrument are normal every day to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
In addition, in addition to daily inspections, special equipment management personnel should be organized regularly to conduct more in-depth inspections of the equipment. This can include a comprehensive inspection 1 to 2 times a month, a key inspection of the key equipment of the concrete mixing plant, and cleaning or replacing the filter screen in the powder tank dust collector every six months.
In general, the daily inspection of the concrete mixing plant should be carried out every day, combined with regular in-depth inspections and maintenance to ensure the long-term stable operation and safe production of the equipment. The specific inspection frequency can also be adjusted according to the actual situation of the equipment and the use environment.
