Self Loading Transit Concrete Mixer

The crawler type small self-unloading mixing tank truck combines the characteristics of crawler walking mechanism and small self-unloading mixing tank, and is mainly composed of the following parts:

Walking part
- **Crawler chassis**: This is the basis for the movement of the vehicle. It consists of crawler tracks, driving wheels, supporting rollers, sprocket wheels, guide wheels and crawler frames. The crawler tracks can increase the contact area between the vehicle and the ground, reduce the pressure of the vehicle on the ground, and enable the vehicle to travel stably on soft, muddy and other complex terrains. The driving wheel is responsible for transmitting power to the crawler track to drive the vehicle forward or backward; the supporting roller supports the weight of the vehicle and rolls on the crawler track; the sprocket wheel is used to support the crawler track to prevent it from sagging; the guide wheel plays the role of guiding the direction of the crawler track.
- **Power transmission system**: Generally composed of an engine, a gearbox, a drive shaft, etc. The engine provides power for the vehicle. The engine power commonly used in small self loading crawler concrete mixers varies according to the specific model. The gearbox can change the speed and torque output by the engine to adapt to different driving conditions and work requirements. The drive shaft transfers power from the engine and gearbox to the drive wheels of the crawler chassis.

Mixing part
- **Mixer tank**: Usually made of high-quality steel, pear-shaped or cylindrical. Spiral blades are installed inside the tank. When the tank rotates, the blades stir the concrete to mix all kinds of materials thoroughly and evenly. The capacity of the tank is generally small, with 1-3 cubic meters being common to meet the needs of small projects.
- **Mixer drive device**: includes motor or hydraulic motor, reducer, etc. The motor or hydraulic motor provides power, reduces the speed and increases the torque through the reducer, and drives the mixing tank to rotate at a certain speed. Its speed and direction of rotation can be adjusted according to the requirements of the mixing process.

Discharging part
- **Discharging chute**: Generally installed at the discharge port of the dumper mixing tank, used to guide the mixed concrete to the specified position. The discharging chute usually has an adjustable angle and length to meet different discharging height and distance requirements.
- **Discharging control mechanism**: It can be a manually operated valve or an electric or hydraulically controlled device. By controlling this mechanism, the unloading speed and flow rate of concrete can be accurately controlled to ensure the smooth progress of the unloading process.
