The concrete mixing station is mainly composed of five major systems, including the mixing host, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system and control system, and other ancillary facilities. So what work needs to be done? Here is a brief introduction for everyone:
1. Before installation, all parts and connectors of the mixing equipment should be counted according to the packing list, and the damage of the equipment during transportation should be checked. If there is any damage or loss, it should be repaired and replenished.
2. Remove dust and debris from the equipment. The installation of this equipment requires a crane with a lifting capacity of 40t and a lifting height of more than 20m and an 8t crane, 2-4 skilled crane operators, and 3-5 auxiliary workers.
3. Before installation, the plane layout should be made according to the foundation map and the site conditions, and then the construction should be carried out according to the requirements of the foundation map. To ensure that the relative position and size are accurate, and the foundation plane should be calibrated with a level. The foundation of the host and cement silo should be constructed at the same time. To ensure that the equipment is well grounded, the grounding electrode should be pre-buried during construction, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4Q.
