Main frame installation:
1. Put the two legs through the anchor bolts and stand on the foundation, and adjust the relative position between the legs.
2. Hoist the mixing unit and hoist the mixing unit on the two legs to ensure that the chassis plane is horizontal. Pouring: concrete and vibrating it densely. After curing for 3 to 5 days, readjust the relative position, and tighten the anchor bolts after adjustment. Then hoist the hopper.
3. Hoist the main control room, install the control room legs in place and connect them together, adjust the size, and hoist the control room. And install the ladder and platform from the control room to the mixing layer in place.
4. Hoist the metering unit, hoist the metering unit to the mixing unit, connect it with bolts, and then install the vertical ladder from the mixing layer to the metering layer.
