During the construction of a concrete mixing station, accidents may occur due to operating errors, maintenance, instability of mechanical equipment during operation, dumping, poor machine condition, illegal operation, lack of mechanical safety protection facilities, etc. In order to avoid accidents, the management personnel of the mixing station need to do the following:
1. Before the implementation of the project, the personnel involved in the construction of this project shall be educated on the safe production of mechanical equipment, and the "Safety Production Operation Procedures" of various mechanical equipment shall be formulated. The operators shall strictly follow the technical operation procedures during construction to eliminate unsafe behaviors of people.
2. Mechanical equipment operators must be trained by the relevant departments and qualified for the assessment before they can be certified to work. Unlicensed operation is strictly prohibited.
3. New mechanical drivers must undergo a follow-up internship and be familiar with the conditions of the mixing station before they can operate independently.
4. When the mechanical equipment in the workplace is in normal operation, construction personnel are strictly prohibited from blindly entering the dangerous area of mechanical rotation. When it is necessary to pass through the operating range of the mechanical equipment, a signal must be sent to the driver, and the driver can only pass when the operation stops.
5. Establish a regular safety education and inspection system, and strengthen the three-work system of safety reminders before work, safety inspections during work, and safety summaries after work, so as to continuously enhance the self-defense and mutual defense capabilities of construction workers.
