(2) The entire set of equipment must have good wind and lightning protection measures. (3) Whether the welding of the steel silo is precise. Since the particles of cement and other stored materials are relatively small, down to the micron level, it is necessary to carefully check whether the joints of the silo are precise, and strictly investigate the root causes of safety hazards such as leakage, air leakage, and material leakage.
(4) The dust collector on the top of the vertical cement storage silo (cement tank) must not only meet the requirements of air delivery of bulk trucks and air delivery of finished products after disassembly, but also ensure that there is no negative pressure in the silo when the powder material is used.
(5) Whether the arch breaking device can work normally. Prevent powder from agglomerating, prevent the bag from being blocked, and cause the steel silo to explode. Because once the bag is blocked, the pressure in the silo exceeds the safety pressure of the pressure safety valve on the top of the silo, and the pressure safety valve can be opened to release the pressure in the silo to prevent the occurrence of steel silo explosion accidents.
(6) Whether the cement metering system is easy to control and operate, and whether the weighing is accurate.
