Stabilized soil mixing station

Stabilized soil: refers to the use of lime, cement, fly ash and other binders with soil, gravel or other aggregates.
Stabilized soil base course [stabilzed soil base course]: The road base formed by mixing, paving and compacting stabilized soil.
Lime stabilized soil: The mixture obtained by mixing slaked lime powder or quicklime powder with various crushed or originally loose soils, mixing, compacting and curing is called lime stabilized soil. Cement stabilized soil: Cement stabilized soil is a broad name for a mixture obtained by using cement as a binder. It includes various fine-grained soils stabilized with cement, as well as various medium-grained soils and coarse-grained soils stabilized with cement.

When starting up: Operators must perform their duties and responsibilities and are strictly prohibited from leaving their posts without permission.

After stopping: When stopping, be sure to turn off the main power of the mixer before entering the mixer for cleaning.

Construction requirements
The cement stabilized soil structure layer should be organized for construction in late spring and high-temperature seasons. The daily minimum temperature during the construction period should be above 5°C. In areas with freezing, it should be completed half a month to one month before the first heavy freezing (-3~-5°C).

When constructing cement stabilized soil, especially cement soil structure layer in the rainy season, special attention should be paid to climate change, and cement and mixtures should not be exposed to rain. Construction should be stopped during rainfall, but the cement mixture that has been spread should be compacted as soon as possible. When using the road-mixing method, measures should be taken to remove water from the surface of the underlying layer to prevent the aggregate transported to the road from being too wet.
