Weekly report on the market price of commercial concrete in key cities in China

A review of commercial concrete prices in August: Overall, the average price of commercial concrete in the 36 cities that the association focused on in August 2024 was 337 yuan/cubic meter, and the average price in July 2024 was 338 yuan/cubic meter, a month-on-month decrease of 0.3%; the average price in the same period last year was 370 yuan/cubic meter, a year-on-year decrease of 8.9%.
In terms of regions, the average price in North China fell by 1.6% from the previous month and 11.0% from the same period last year; the average price in Northeast China rose by 1.1% from the previous month and fell by 2.5% from the same period last year; the average price in East China fell by 0.3% from the previous month and 9.1% from the same period last year; the average price in Central China remained the same as the previous month and fell by 8.8% from the same period last year; the average price in South China fell by 0.3% from the previous month and fell by 12.8% from the same period last year; the average price in Southwest China remained the same as the previous month and fell by 6.4% from the same period last year; the average price in Northwest China fell by 0.9% from the previous month and fell by 7.1% from the same period last year.
In the fifth week of August, the average price of commercial concrete in China was 335 yuan/cubic meter, down 1 yuan/cubic meter from last week. Overall, among the 36 cities that the association focused on this week, the average price of commercial concrete in 7 cities fell, among which Yinchuan and Shanghai had a larger decline; the average price of commercial concrete in 2 cities rose, among which Harbin had a larger increase; the average price of commercial concrete in 27 cities was the same as last week.
