Therefore, how to define the production capacity of the premixed concrete industry or enterprise in a certain area, based on the comprehensive factors of the above six aspects in the region, calculate or determine the production capacity of the premixed concrete industry or enterprise in a certain area is relatively scientific and reasonable.

 

Methods for defining the production capacity of a premixed universal mobile batching plant:

 

First, according to the past years (or normal production) of the 60m³ concrete batching plant, take the average value of the month or year, multiply it by the number of production days per year, and the annual production capacity of the mixing station.

 

Second, according to the normal transportation capacity of the premixed concrete transport vehicle, calculate the average annual transportation volume, multiply it by the number of vehicles that the mixing station has that match the driver, and calculate its annual production capacity.

The above two methods are general definition methods, which can be used as one of the bases for industry planning or industry management decisions in a certain area.

However, when it comes to the definition of production capacity of a certain enterprise, it is necessary to combine the above six comprehensive factors and the actual situation of the enterprise. It can be calculated more scientifically and reasonably by taking the factor coefficient method or the weight ratio of each factor affecting the mixing capacity.

Generally, it will fluctuate around the defined production capacity, but after averaging over the years (if no investment is increased), its production capacity will return to the defined range.

When defining the annual production capacity of the mixing station, it is more appropriate to use an average monthly production of 15,000 m3.
