The equipment should be installed under the guidance of the technical personnel of the concrete mixing station manufacturer, and after the various technical performance indicators of the equipment have been qualified, the concrete mixing station should be operated strictly in accordance with the equipment manual.
1. Before operation:
1) Qualified sand, stone and aggregate should be prepared according to the technical performance of the mixing station;
2) Check whether the transmission, moving parts, bin doors, bucket doors and tracks in the mixing barrel are stuck by foreign objects;
3) Check whether the oil level of each smooth oil tank meets the requirements;
4) Open the valve to discharge the accumulated water in the air-water separator, and open the drain plug of the air storage cylinder to release the oil-water mixture;
5) The wire rope of the lifting bucket is installed correctly, and the brake of the lifting bucket is flexible and effective;
6) The bolts of each part have been tightened, the inlet and discharge valves have no excessive wear, and the tension of the conveyor belt is moderate and does not deviate;
7) The weighing equipment is normal and its accuracy meets the requirements;
8) The electrical equipment can effectively control the various operations of the equipment.
2. During operation:
1) When the equipment is working, personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the storage area and under the lifting bucket; it is strictly prohibited to put hands and feet into the hopper and mixing bucket to explore;
2) When the drag shovel is stuck by an obstacle, it is not allowed to pull it up by force, and it is not allowed to lift heavy objects with the drag shovel. During the pulling process, it is not allowed to perform reverse operation;
3) When the mixer is fully loaded, it must not be stopped. When a fault occurs or the power is off, the power supply should be cut off immediately, the switch box should be locked, the concrete in the mixing bucket should be shoveled clean, and then the fault should be eliminated or wait for a call;
4) Overloading is not allowed, and it should be checked Check the working condition of the motor. If there is abnormal sound or temperature rises, stop the machine immediately for inspection;
3. After operation:
1) Before stopping, unload and then close the switches and pipelines in order. The cement in the spiral tube should be transported out completely, and no material should remain in the tube;
2) After shutting down, clean all parts of the equipment and ensure the weighing accuracy;
3) In the freezing season, the water in the water pump, additive pump, water tank and additive tank should be drained, and the water pump and additive pump should be started for 1-2 minutes.
