3.Common Maintenance Issues & Recommendations
We shared insights on common maintenance issues such as conveyor belt damage and idler wear, and advised Mr. Sahak to keep a stock of easily replaceable parts, with guidance on installation provided by our team.

 

4.Safety Features
Mr. Sahak inquired about overcurrent protection and other safety features within the control system. We confirmed that the control cabinet is equipped with overcurrent protection to ensure safe operation.

 

5.Steel Plate Thickness
The thickness of the steel plate used in the JS1000's mix silo was confirmed to be 4mm, ensuring durability and longevity.

 

6.Container Shipping and Loading
Mr. Sahak asked about the logistics of shipping the JS1000 in a 40-foot container. We confirmed that the equipment is designed with optimal dimensions to fit comfortably in a 40-foot container.

 

7.Material Feeding and Water Management
Regarding the cement scale, Mr. Sahak learned that it is fully enclosed with a designated hole for cement input. Additionally, there are two pumps for water intake and drainage, allowing for efficient water management.

8.Mixer Feeding and Water Input
The bucket-type mixer can accept cement and aggregates together, and the unit has a dedicated feed opening for additional material inputs. There are also pre-installed water pipes for adding water directly into the system.

 

9.Mixer Blade Replacement
We recommended replacing the mixer blades after approximately 80,000 cubic meters of concrete are mixed, ensuring consistent performance.

 

10.Conveyor Belt and Component Replacement
The PLD1200 batcher's conveyor belt is shipped as a single unit, but replacement options with linked joints are available. Our design allows for easy adjustments and replacements of key components.

 

11.Loading Capacities
We clarified the actual loading capacities for the PLD1200 batcher and cement scale. The PLD1200 bins can hold around 3 cubic meters, and the scale bucket can accommodate up to 3200 kg. Additionally, the hopper has a full capacity of 1600L (3200 kg).

 

12.Cement and Aggregate Design Capacities
Mr. Sahak raised a question regarding the design capacity of the equipment compared to typical concrete mixes. We explained that our equipment is designed with larger capacities to accommodate a variety of mix ratios, ensuring flexibility and better performance in different conditions.

 

13.After-Sales Service
Finally, we assured Mr. Sahak that any parts damaged within the first year of use will be covered by us, with local replacements available. In case of high local costs, we will assist with shipping the required parts directly.
