Aggregate batching system
The hzs25 mobile mixing plant uses PLD800 concrete batching machine, which is composed of feeding system, weighing system, electrical control system and other components. Feeding through belt conveyor, using cumulative material weighing method, accurate measurement.
Mixing system
The mixing host of hzs25 mobile concrete mixing plant uses JS500 twin-shaft forced mixing host, which can mix fluid, dry hard, light aggregate concrete and various types of mortar.
The 25m³ portable concrete mixing plant has a reasonable structure, good mixing quality, short mixing time, energy saving and low noise.
Conveying system
The aggregate conveying system of the hzs25 mixing plant adopts a belt conveyor feeding method with high conveying efficiency.
The powder conveying adopts a fully sealed device, and the discharge port and the metering bucket adopt a soft link, which does not affect the metering accuracy. The material receiving port is a universal conversion head, which can adjust the angle deviation. The gap between the screw conveyor blade and the cylinder is small, and the conveying efficiency is high.
Measuring system
Powder, water, and admixtures are all measured by electronic scales; the batching accuracy is high and the measurement is accurate; the cement metering bucket is hung on the frame by a sensor, with a stable structure and high reliability; the water meter uses a water pump to unload; the admixture metering bucket is measured by a single hanging point sensor.
Electronic control system
Stable operation and reliable performance; the core electrical components use brand products, and the quality is guaranteed.
Control system
Reliable performance; intelligent control, automatic control, and manual control in one; with ratio storage, automatic compensation for drop, overweight and underweight alarm correction; data cloud storage, printing and other functions.
