1. **Material Loading**: Aggregates are loaded into their respective bins, cement is pumped into the silo, and additives are filled into the additive tank.
2. **Batching**: According to the preset mix design in the control system, the vibrating feeders on the aggregate bins release aggregates into the weighing hoppers. Simultaneously, cement is conveyed from the silo to its weighing hopper, and the appropriate amount of additives is measured and prepared.
3. **Mixing**: Once the accurate weights of all dry materials are achieved, they are discharged into the mixer. Then, the calculated amount of water is added, and the mixer starts to blend the materials thoroughly for a specified period.
4. **Discharging**: After the mixing process is complete, the ready-mix concrete is discharged from the mixer, usually into a waiting concrete truck for transportation to the construction site.

The dry mobile concrete plant is a foldable mixing plant with wheels that can be directly towed by a vehicle for movement. The mobile mixing plant occupies a small area and has a compact structure. It integrates the mixing main engine, batching system, storage bin, control system, etc., within a relatively small space, and its floor area is much smaller than that of the traditional fixed mixing plant.
